How it all started…
We spent our childhoods roaming the hills and woods of the Welsh Marches. Foraging and self sufficiency in fruit and vegetables was our way of life and preserving our produce as the seasons unfolded was part of the rhythm.
Seville Orange & Whisky Marmalade
This marmalade has all the taste of our classic Seville orange marmalade with a generous glug of whisky to add additional flavour and depth.
Ingredients: Seville oranges 30%, water, sugar, whisky 4%, lemon juice.
