How it all started…
We spent our childhoods roaming the hills and woods of the Welsh Marches. Foraging and self sufficiency in fruit and vegetables was our way of life and preserving our produce as the seasons unfolded was part of the rhythm.
This was the very first product go wild preserves ever produced and is now award winning! A fabulous smooth mustard sauce with firm and crunchy vegetables makes this very different to any commercial piccalilli.
We use it with our ploughmans’ lunches & to accompany pies.
Ingredients: cauliflower, shallots, cucumber, courgette, runner beans, sugar, cider vinegar, garlic, grated nutmeg, ground allspice, turmeric powder, ground ginger, PLAIN FLOUR – GLUTEN, MUSTARD POWDER
