How it all started…
We spent our childhoods roaming the hills and woods of the Welsh Marches. Foraging and self sufficiency in fruit and vegetables was our way of life and preserving our produce as the seasons unfolded was part of the rhythm.
Made with red peppers, tomatoes and chillies this is a bold chutney packed with flavour.
We use it in stir fries, curries, crackers and on our cheeseboard.We have been known to eat it straight out of the jar!
Ingredients: tomatoes, red peppers, chillies 21%, garlic, ginger, sugar, cider vinegar
